Privacy Policy

Last changes in the regulations as of 28 October 2018:

CSowicze.pl service reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy.

Each CSowicze.pl user is bound by the current Privacy Policy.
Any changes do not affect the basic principle: CSowicze.pl service does not sell or make available to third parties personal or address data of customers/users of its services and magazines.
If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, please do not visit CSowicze.pl.

Personal data

    Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. The processing of personal data is in principle any activity on personal data, regardless of whether it is carried out automatically or not, e.g. collection, storage, recording, ordering, modification, viewing, use, sharing, limitation, deletion or destruction.
    The user provides their personal data to the Administrator using the forms available on the Forum, i.e. during the Forum user registration form and registration for the newsletter. The scope of collected user data includes: user name, password, e-mail address. Personal data is provided voluntarily, but failure to provide data makes it impossible to set up an account in the forum or use the forum.
    The user can also voluntarily enter the gender, where they live, operating system - these data are not required to use the Forum.


Server logs

Using the Forum involves sending queries to the server on which the Forum is stored. Such inquiries are stored in the server logs (they are .in the User's IP address, server time date) these data are not associated with specific people using the Forum and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.


For what purpose do we process Users' data?

Users' data are processed only for the purposes for which they were collected, i.e. to register an account on the forum and use the account by the User.


Sharing users' personal data

    Only group members have access to user data: Owner, Administrator, Vice Administrator, Administrator, Junior Admin, Global Moderator.
    UBTeam can only view IP addresses in the Banana Appeals section and in the ban service.
    The user name is publicly visible to other users.

    The Administrator may transfer user data to entities authorized to do so by law, i.e. public authorities for the purpose of and in connection with proceedings conducted by these authorities (e.g. police, public prosecutor's office, judicial authorities), possibly in order to defend against claims or in order to pursue possible claims by the Administrator.

    The Administrator may transfer the users' data to entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator (e.g. entities providing hosting services, i.e. the company ADMIN.NET.PL): ADMIN.NET.PL Tomasz Rzepka Arkadiusz Nowara S.C.C.ul. Bitwy Pod Monte Cassino 5/19833-100 Tarnów ) only on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator - such entities process data as subcontractors and only according to the Administrator's instructions.


User rights

    The User has the right to demand access to his data, correct, delete or limit the processing.
    The user has the right to object to the processing if the processing is carried out for the legitimate interests of the Administrator.
    The User has the right to transfer the data.
    The User has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for a specific purpose, if the User has previously given such consent, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing, which took place before its withdrawal.
    The User has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator.


Security of the User's personal data

The Administrator declares that the processed personal data of users in accordance with the guidelines of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, in particular declares that it has implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to properly protect the personal data of the Users.


What are "cookies"?
Cookies are understood to mean IT data, in particular text files stored in users' terminal equipment intended for the use of websites. These files make it possible to identify the user's device and to display a website adapted to the user's individual preferences. "Cookies" usually contain the name of the website from which the user can access the website.

 

What do we use cookies for?
Cookies are used to tailor the content of websites to the user's preferences and to optimise the use of websites. They are also used to create anonymous, aggregated statistics that help to understand how the user uses the websites to improve their structure and content, excluding personal identification of the user.


What cookies do we use?
In principle, two types of "cookies" are used - "session" and "permanent". The first one is a temporary file that remains on the user's device until the user logs out of the website or turns off the software (web browser). "Fixed" files remain on the user's device for the time specified in the parameters of "cookies" files or until they are manually deleted by the user.
Cookies used by the website operator's partners, including in particular website users, are subject to their own privacy policy.
A detailed division of cookies can be distinguished due to:

A. Types of cookies due to the necessity to provide the service:

    Necessary - they are absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the website or functionality that the user wants to use.
    Functional - They are important for the operation of the website:
    A) serve to enrich the functionality of the service, without them the service will work correctly, but will not be adjusted to the user's preferences,
    B) serve to ensure a high level of functionality of the website, without the settings saved in the cookie file, the level of functionality of the website may decrease, but it should not prevent full use of the website,
    C) serve very important functionalities of the website, their blocking will cause that selected functions will not work properly.
    Business - enable the implementation of the business model based on which the website is made available, their blocking will not result in unavailability of the entire functionality of the website, but may reduce the level of service provision due to the lack of possibility for the owner of the website to implement revenues subsidizing the operation of the website. This category includes e.g. advertising cookies.


B. Due to the time for which the cookie will be placed in the user's final device:

    Session cookies - cookies placed for the duration of the use of the browser (session), is deleted after it is closed.
    Persistent cookies - is not deleted when you close your browser and remains on your device for a certain period of time or without a period of validity depending on the settings of the website owner.


C. Due to the origin - the administrator of the website, who manages cookies:

    First party cookies - cookies placed directly by the owner of the website that has been visited.
    Third party cookies - cookies placed by external entities whose website components have been triggered by the website owner.

Note: Cookies can be triggered by the administrator using scripts, components that are located on the partner's servers, located in a different location - another country or even a completely different legal system. In the event that the website administrator calls up service components coming from outside the administrator's system, other standard rules of cookie policy may apply than the website administrator's privacy / cookie policy.

 

D. Due to the purpose for which they are used:

    Configuration of the service - allow to set functions and services in the service.
    Security and reliability of the service - enable verification of authenticity and optimisation of service efficiency.
    Authentication - enable informing when a user is logged in, thanks to which the website can show relevant information and functions.
    Session Status - allows you to record information about how users use the site. These may include the most frequently visited pages or possible error messages displayed on some pages. Cookies used to store so-called "session status" help to improve services and increase the comfort of browsing.
    Processes - enable efficient operation of the website itself and the functions available on it.
    Advertisements - allow you to display ads that are more interesting for users, and at the same time more valuable for publishers and advertisers, personalize ads, they can also be used to display ads outside the pages of the site (domain).
    Location - allow you to adjust the information displayed to the user's location.
    Analyses and research, audience audit - enable website owners to better understand the preferences of their users and, through analysis, improve and develop products and services. Typically, the website owner or research company collects anonymously information and processes trend data without identifying the personal data of individual users.


E. Types of cookies due to an intrusion into the privacy of the user:

    Non-harmful - Includes cookies:
    A) necessary for the proper functioning of the website
    B) necessary for the functionality of the website to work, but their operation has nothing to do with tracking the user
    Investigators - used to track users, however, do not include information allowing to identify the data of a particular user.


Do cookies contain personal data?
Personal data collected using "cookies" can only be collected for the purpose of performing certain functions for the user. Such data is encrypted in the following ways
preventing access to them by unauthorized persons.

Deletion of cookies
By default, the software used to browse the web pages allows the placement of "cookies" on the final device by default. These settings may be changed in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or to inform the user about each time they are sent to the user's device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software settings (web browser).
Restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the website.
